Changes to Eventbrite’s Automatic Notifications
Eventbrite recently made some changes to event automatic reminders for face-to-face events. Events that have a Location of To Be Announced or a physical address have had automatic reminders paused.
Reminders can be added using the Manage Attendees > Emails to Attendees menu option.

PLEASE NOTE: This change does not affect online events with the location in the Basic Info section set to Online.
