Collapse ▲The following directions are for North Carolina Cooperative Extension staff. Anyone else with questions on requesting or installing Adobe CC applications should contact OIT at 919-515-4357 or help@ncsu.edu.
Only full-time faculty & staff are authorized to have a Named-User license for Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe Acrobat DC.
To request access to Adobe Acrobat DC or Adobe Creative Cloud, fill out and submit the form here.
note: In order to see NC State Extension, you have to select ‘I am not a member of one of these colleges’ under College and then NC State Extension is an option under Groups.
Once you receive confirmation that access has been granted, applications can be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud application, which should already be installed on the Macs managed by EIT. You will be prompted upon opening the Adobe Creative Cloud application to sign in with an email address. You will use your unityid@ncsu.edu address which will then redirect to the Shibboleth Login Service. You’ll then see a tab that states ‘Apps’. Select the tab and look for the app that you want and select install.
For Mac and PC users the link to the Adobe Creative Cloud Catalog if needed is here.
Extension employees with questions should email Extension IT at eithelpdesk@ncsu.edu or call 919-513-7000.
