Collapse ▲Go Links is a URL shortening application offered by NC State University. It works the same way that sites like Google’s URL shortener or Bitly do, and is accessible with your Unity ID.
You can create links one of two ways:
- Randomize: To use the basic URL shortener, click the Add a Link Now link, choose Randomize in the Link Type field, paste your full URL into the Target field, and click Submit.
- Specify your own link: Use this option if you want to create a custom short URL. Click on the Add a Link Now link, choose Specify my own link text in the Link Type field, add your custom URL text in the Short link field, paste your full URL in the Target field, then click Submit.
NOTE: You must use a dash in between the words or numbers in the Short Link field.
