Many of you have asked if there is a way to manage or change ticketing details for events in Eventbrite. Last week, Eventbrite released an update that will allow you to do just that. This update will only work for events requested on or after September 10th.

This means that Eventbrite will now allow you to change the number of tickets and update registration deadlines. You can do this through the Tickets menu to the left of the Eventbrite menu. From that screen, you can edit tickets by clicking on the three dots next to the specific ticket name. You can also add additional tickets using the orange Add Ticket button on the right.

EIT will continue to assist you with making these changes if you need our help, but this new feature will give you the ability to do it yourself  As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at

Several short training sessions are being offered on this topic. Please register in XLMS.
