Use Eventbrite and ActiveCampaign together to Re-engage Past Participants

Have you ever wanted to promote your upcoming event to past participants? Here’s one example of how you can do that. Suppose you had pesticide training last year and you want to invite people who attended to your upcoming training. With just a few simple steps, you can easily reach out to your target audience.

Here’s how it works:

  • Gather your Eventbrite IDs (EIDs). These unique identifiers will allow ActiveCampaign to identify attendees from your past training sessions. You can find your EIDs directly on the Eventbrite platform. For additional information about location EIDs, see Finding Your County’s Eventbrite Attendees in ActiveCampaign
  • Create an ActiveCampaign segment. This segment will help you target past attendees with personalized communication. In the “Add a condition” field, the tag prefix “Eventbrite Event ID: ” and enter your EIDs. This might looks something like Eventbrite Event ID: 167081442081
  • Craft your message. Now that you’ve identified your target audience, it’s time to craft a compelling message. Highlight the benefits of your new training sessions and showcase any updates or improvements.
  • Schedule your campaign. Choose a date and time that you think will be most effective for reaching your audience. You can also set up automated reminders leading up to your new training sessions.

By following these steps, you can easily re-engage past attendees and drive participation in your upcoming pesticide training sessions.
