Requesting an Account

Extension now offers an organizationally-managed Canva Enterprise account. At this time, each county has an allotment of four licenses. Account requests may be submitted by CEDs.

All Extension Canva users must complete Extension’s Canva Training before receiving a Canva Enterprise account. This short training covers the Extension brand and how to use Brand Kits in Canva, guides you in creating accessible designs, and reviews copyright considerations for Canva images.  Individuals will be invited to this training after their CED submits their name for a license.

After you complete your Extension Canva Training, you will receive an invitation to join the Canva Enterprise account.  You will have 30 days to activate the account.
