I’m having problems accessing my new Canva Enterprise account. How can I log in?
If your previous Canva account used your Unity ID email:
- Click the invitation link in your email.

- Select “continue” and “continue with email.”
- Make sure you sign in with your complete Unity ID email (not an alias).

- Use the “Login With Code Instead” option.
- Check your email for a code and copy and paste that to the login screen to sign in.
If your previous Canva account used a different email:
- If you have issues joining the team, right-click on the “Accept Invitation link” and select “Open Link in Incognito Window”. (Chrome)
- If you are using another browser, like Safari, copy the link and paste it into a private browsing window.
Note: After you receive your Canva invitation, you will have 30 days to activate the account. If the 30 days has passed, reach out to the EIT help desk for assistance.
Note: Once you have accepted the invitation, you may need to toggle between teams; see instructions below.
If I already have an account, can I transfer my designs?
How do I switch between teams?

On the homepage, go to your profile icon.

Under Teams, hover or click the current team.

Under the Teams section, select the arrow right icon. You’ll see all the teams you’re part of, with a check icon beside the team you’re currently on.

Select the team you want to switch to.

Can I change my email address after joining the team?
- Your NC State Canva Enterprise account should only use your Unity ID email. You cannot update this email.
What if I miss the 30-day invitation window?
If you do not accept your training invitation within 30 days, please contact the Help Desk at eithelpdesk@ncsu.edu. We will verify your training completion and re-send the invitation if there are still seats available.
