The following are questions that we’ve received from Extension Canva Enterprise users. If you have a question that isn’t answered in the list below, let us know! We can be reached at eithelpdesk@ncsu.edu.

Accessing Canva Enterprise

I’m having problems accessing my Canva Enterprise account. How can I log in?

  • If you are already signed-in on Canva, make sure to log-out.
  • Make sure you choose: “Sign-in with Email”
  • Make sure you sign-in with your Unity ID email (not an alias). Then go back to your email and click the link again.
  • If that doesn’t work, try using another internet browser that doesn’t have the previous login saved
  • NOTE:  After you receive your Canva invitation, you will have 30 days to activate the account.
If I already have an account, can I transfer my designs? 

If I previously had a Canva account with my NC State email, how do I switch between teams?

  • On the homepage, go to your profile icon.

  • Under Teams, hover or click the current team.

  • Under the Teams section, select the arrow right icon. You’ll see all the teams you’re part of, with a check icon beside the team you’re currently on.

Can I change my email address after joining the team?

  • Your NC State Canva Enterprise account should only use your Unity ID email. You cannot update this email.

What if I miss the 30-day invitation window?

If you do not accept your training invitation within 30 days, please contact the Help Desk at eithelpdesk@ncsu.edu. We will verify your training completion and re-send the invitation if there are still seats available.
