REMINDER: Submit Help Requests to EIT Help Desk, Not OIT

This is a reminder for anyone that needs help or submits a help desk ticket that is supported by Extension IT - make sure you send it to the EIT Help Desk (eithelpdesk@ncsu.edu), notOIT.

If for some reason you do submit a ticket through OIT, it will eventually get assigned back to us, but it can severely impact our ability to address your issue(s) in a timely manner.
