Issues With Duo Authentication

Some users are currently reporting issues with Duo Authentication. If you are being asked to enter a bypass code from the IT Help Desk, please generate a one-time bypass code via self-service at go.ncsu.edu/bypass.

If you have a valid device, you should follow the steps to reactivate Duo Mobile using a bypass code so that you do not need to rely on SMS codes or bypass codes for future logins.

If you need to set up a new phone or have never set up Duo, you can follow our instructions for setting up a new phone.
