Adding an Eventbrite Instructor

Adding an ERS Instructor to your Eventbrite event

The Extension Reporting System (ERS) is a web-based activity reporting system used to collect and report information about the accomplishments of extension educators and the clients they serve. The data entered in ERS is used to meet Extension’s state and federal reporting requirements as well as to develop materials to share with our stakeholders to demonstrate Extension’s impact.

Eventbrite data can be collected to help extension educators complete their reporting requirements. Individuals listed as an ERS Instructor for Eventbrite events can access the Eventbrite Data for ERS Report for this purpose.

Instructors can be added via the Event Request Form or after the fact

Adding an Instructor in the Event Request Form

The Instructor information in the Who is Involved? section of the Event Request Form is used to provide Instructors with event reports they can use for their ERS reporting. The list of people who can be added includes active Extension employees who are in the Extension Employee Database.

Adding an Instructor after the event has been created

If you need to add yourself and an Instructor after an event is created, you can fill out the Add An Instructor Form

Please remember that this information is used for event activity reports. This has nothing to do with editing events within Eventbrite.
