The 2024 PCI (Payment Card Industry) Merchant training is now available. All Extension Eventbrite users are required to complete this annual training. This is true even if you only intend to use Eventbrite for free events.
If you are currently PCI certified, you should have already received a notification about the 2024 PCI Merchant Security Training from reporter_registration@ncsu.edu.
For previously certified employees, the deadline to complete the training is January 31, 2024. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the removal of your Extension’s Eventbrite account.
New Extension employees and others in need of PCI Training can request access to the PCI Merchant training module. You will be notified when the training module has been added to your account at reporter.ncsu.edu. Please be aware that this process may take several weeks.
