Log into ActiveCampaign with your unity email address and ActiveCampaign password.
The first time that you log into ActiveCampaign without using Shibboleth, you will have to set an ActiveCampaign password.Click "Forgot" to the right of the password box at https://ncextension.activehosted.com/admin/
You will be prompted to enter an e-mail address to set your password. Enter your Unity e-mail address (unityid@ncsu.edu).
You will receive an email from ActiveCampaign within a few minutes. Click the Update Password Now button,
Enter the password that you would like to use twice.
As always, you should use a separate password for each application. You should NOT reuse your MyPack password.
Once you submit your password, you will be promoted to enable Multi-Factor Authentication. You can elect to use Google Authenticator or receive text messages for this.
Make your selection and click Continue.
Once you have enabled MFA, you will be presented with a list of recovery codes. We recommend that you save them just in case you have a problem authenticating in the future.
The next time that you use ActiveCampaign, you can log in with your Unity e-mail address and ActiveCampaign password.
