Job Description Extension Associate, Field Trial Coordinator | Plasticulture Rental Program Coordinator. This role coordinates the development, management, and implementation of on-farm applied research and research-based educational programs that meet the needs of limited-resource and socially disadvantaged audiences, and align with the philosophy, policy and overall mission, goals, and educational objectives of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Program. This role connects ANR research and demonstration projects to on-farm trial locations across the state. Additionally, this role assists with on-going Plasticulture Rental Program implementation, including statewide plasticulture equipment rental program, and provides recommendations for program revisions based on data and evolving needs of the audiences served.
