Extension IT recently launched two new reports to help Extension website and publication database authors report on their work.

The Authored News & Pages report offers a brief summary and a more detailed list of each web page or post the author wrote or updated during a selected time span. The list displays the number of visits each content item received. For those with access to multiple sites, results are displayed by site.

The Authored Publications report offers campus extension personnel a brief summary of their Content database activity during the selected time span and a list of all of their authored publications and factsheets. The list displays the publication and revision dates for each item, as well as the number of visits during that time span. Publications and factsheets are ranked by popularity.

These reports have been added to the Extension's custom Google Analytics page. You'll also find the link to that page in the Google Analytics block in any Extension Wordpress site dashboard.
