When you are working in ActiveCampaign or Eventbrite you must use the correct format for entering email addresses.
1) If an individual does not have an email address:

For an individual who does not have an email address please use a no mail email address as stated below (PLEASE refrain from using YOUR email address for anyone that does NOT have an email address):

nomail-contact+12345@ncsu.edu*

*Must be in the above format, using random numbers UNIQUE to individual

2) Entering an NC State employee/student email address:

Please use their unityid@ncsu.edu NOT the FULL_NAME@ncsu.edu
