Have you tried Zoom's AI Companion tools?

• Smart Recording: Organized cloud audio recording/transcript into chapters, provides key takeaways, meeting highlights, and action items, and allows you to view analytics like talk speed, talk-listen ratio, filler word usage, etc. For details, see the Zoom Support Article on Smart Recording.
• Meeting Summary: Creates an AI-generated summary of a meeting when enabled. Host can share the summary with participants afterward and summary can be provided in other languages. For details, see the Zoom Support Article on Meeting Summary.

1. Log into the NC State Zoom portal.
2. In the left-hand menu, select the "Settings" tab.
3. In the navigation menu at the top of the page, select the "AI Companion" tab.
4. Find meeting summary with AI Companion and Smart Recording with AI Companion.
5. Enable or disable the tool using the toggle switch next to the title of the tool.
6. Click the "Save" button that appears below.
