Effective October 6, 2024: The university's request process has been modified. North Carolina Cooperative Extension employees should email the Extension IT Help Desk to request an Adobe Creative Cloud license. 

Once you receive confirmation that your license has been created, you may install applications through the Adobe Creative Cloud application, which should already be installed on the Macs managed by EIT. You will be prompted upon opening the Adobe Creative Cloud application to sign in with an email address. You will use your unityid@ncsu.edu address which will then redirect to the Shibboleth Login Service. You'll then see a tab that states 'Apps'. Select the tab and look for the app that you want and select install.
