ActiveCampaign Custom Sign Up Forms

Building your Form

The form fields differ slightly depending on the type of list you choose (county lists versus non-county lists).

You must collect the subscriber's email address, and you may optionally collect their name and mobile phone number.

All of your list's tags will be offered to you. The list is updated once per hour in our database.

County Forms

The County form is tied to a county website. Anyone with access to a county list may select up to ten tags to offer for their County form.

Anyone in that county who has ActiveCampaign access can make changes to the form's tag selections at any time. You'll want to agree on the selected tags as a county to avoid any misunderstandings.

Everyone Else's Forms

The "Everyone else" form is tied to an individual. Individuals can build sign-up forms with unique links that can be posted or used virtually anywhere. Optionally, they can tie the form they create to any Extension website they have access to. If an Extension site already has an existing form (from another user) it will warn them about overriding it
