Collapse ▲This fall, Zoom Pro licenses will be made available to all NC State University Unity ID holders. The Zoom Enterprise implementation is being coordinated by DELTA and its campus partners, NC State Extension and NC State University Libraries.
Extension IT will continue to support Zoom for Extension personnel.
On October 4, 2018, existing Zoom accounts held by Extension personnel will be merged into the Zoom Enterprise implementation. Existing meetings and IDs will be transitioned to the new account seamlessly.
After October 4, Extension IT will no longer offer the CES Zoom tool to check out Pro accounts. Zoom account holders can schedule new meetings directly at our Zoom website. The CES Zoom tool will redirect you to the Zoom website.
- Existing Zoom account holders: Log into Zoom. Access your Zoom account with your unityid@ncsu.edu email address and your Zoom password. (If you don’t remember your Zoom password, please use the Forgot password? link on the Zoom login page.)
- If your meeting requires a larger meeting room (more than 100 attendees expected), contact the EIT Help Desk.
- If you don’t already have a Zoom login: There may be a brief delay in account creation after October 4. If you need a Zoom account before the full Zoom Enterprise implementation is ready, contact the EIT Help Desk.
If you have any questions about these changes to Zoom at NC State University or you have any problems accessing already scheduled Zoom meetings, contact the EIT Help Desk by calling 919-513-7000 or emailing eithelpdesk@ncsu.edu.
