Collapse ▲Early in February, our Constant Contact accounts were upgraded. The Constant Contact interface is being streamlined and updated. While some things are moving around slightly, the new interface will continue to allow you to create and send emails, manage your contacts, and view your results. The updated homepage was designed to give you a more comprehensive look at your recent activities.
One example of things that are moving is templates. To find your branded templates, click the Create button on the main dashboard or on the Campaigns page, select Send an Email, then select the tab at the top with your templates.
Another change is the archive tool. It is being replaced by what they are calling Embeddable Archive. If you’ve created and shared an Email Archive Landing page, you’ll need to redirect that because that will stop working at the end of February. Moving forward, you’ll manage your archive a bit differently. In the new interface, all emails have a “shareable link” which is basically a permalink. This URL can be used to create a personalized archive for sharing. The embeddable archive is not compatible with the county websites for security reasons.

All of your emails will be found under the Campaign tab. The Reporting tab will show you trends that can help you improve your emails.
The account types are also changing. We are using Email+ which not only gives us access to the archive tool, it also adds the survey tool.
